If your order includes any made-to-order items, please note that the entire order will ship together once the made-to-order item has been completed. This process helps us keep shipping costs low and allows us to offer free shipping on orders over $150. Production times for made-to-order items can vary, but our current time projection is 2–3 weeks. While we don’t yet have software to track production queues, we’re always happy to provide updates or answer any questions you have about your order.

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
