How long does it take to receive a custom order?Updated 2 years ago

Our goal is to ship custom orders the same day, but depending on time of day and year when it is ordered it can take longer.

We do our best to create, package and ship non-licensed, custom orders that are processed by 5:00 pm Central Time M-F the same day and on average we are hitting that mark.  That said we always advise folks to expect it to take 1-2 weeks just to be careful.   Once your order leaves the warehouse, delivery time depends on delivery method chosen and destination of the package.  It is important to note that selecting an expedited delivery method does NOT guarantee you will receive the item on that time frame.  Selecting next day or second day air will ensure that once the item it is created, it will ship in that timeframe. But that does not include production time.
