Orders over $150 ship FREE in the U.S.
Orders shipped to U.S. Military addresses always ship FREE.
Exceptions to our free shipping policy include oversized items which will incur a reduced shipping charge.
Shipping charges and expected delivery dates are based on products purchased and shipping destination. The shipping charges are displayed in your shopping cart at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email.
Almost all our apparel and gear can ship within the United States. Every now and then we are prohibited from shipping an item to a certain state. For example, Kangaroo leather shoes may not be shipped to California.
Returns
Items that are unwashed, unworn, and unused may be easily returned by mail within 30 days of delivery.

Gift Certificates
Oversized equipment (GOAL POSTS, POST PADS or SCRUM MACHINES)
Items that are customized with a name, number, icon, or badge
Items that have been worn, washed or used
Faulty items may always be returned and exchanged at no cost to you.
We provide FREE return labels for customers in the U.S.
Exceptions: oversized items
During the holidays, items shipped by World Rugby Shop between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.
