In order to best service our customers, we process, package and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders processed before 5:00 pm Monday through Friday are fulfilled the same day. Changing or canceling an order is possible if the request occurs before the order has been fulfilled, meaning it's been packaged and shipped.
If you notice a mistake or have a change of heart, you can easily cancel or edit your order if it hasn't been fulfilled. Once your order goes through, you will receive a confirmation that gives you the options to cancel or change your order. You may make changes until the package is out of our hands and on its way to you.
