What do I need to know about international shipping and returns?Updated 2 years ago

Addresses OUTSIDE the United States, its territories, and U.S. military post offices are considered international addresses.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes outside the U.S.

Shipping
International shipping costs are displayed in your cart upon check out and appear in your order confirmation email.  We generally use FedEx when shipping internationally and the fee varies based on the weight and destination of packages.

International orders will incur customs, taxes, and duties upon checkout.  Our state of the art tax program assesses these fees for each country, allowing our customers to pay them on the front end and expedite the delivery process.

All countries regulate the quantities and varieties of items that can be imported. Sports apparel is not generally considered a restricted item, but please check with your local customs agency before ordering.  As well, the size of certain items inhibits us from shipping them internationally.  Examples of such items are goal posts and scrum sleds.

Returns
If we are at fault, we are happy to accept returns for a refund or make an exchange free of charge. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please complete our Faulty Item Return/Exchange Form so that we can address the situation immediately.

Otherwise, we do not accept international returns.
