What types of customization do you offer?

We offer sublimation, heat press, and embroidery. 

What is Sublimation?

Sublimation is a process by which a design is directly infused into the fabric.  This increases the lifespan of the jersey.  The actual print is neither heavy or thick. As a result, the end product is a beautifully printed item that won’t ever crack or peel. The high quality of sublimation prints along with with the cost effectiveness make it a great option for printing custom designs.  Because the process to create sublimated gear is more involved and often done overseas, the turn around time is usually longer than Heat Press customization and embroidery.

What is Heat Press?

A heat press machine transfers your graphic design onto your gear typically using a vinyl application.  This is a tried and true way of putting logos and numbers onto items quickly and effectively. It is the alternative to using other design technologies like sublimation and can often be the quickest and most cost effective option for your uniforms.

What is Embroidery?

With embroidery you literally stich the design into the material via an embroidery machine.  While embroidered logos look great and are extremely durable they often do not work well on thin performance materials.
