Why did my ball deflate?Updated 2 years ago

Your ball will ship deflated and will need to be reinflated with use. If you believe you have received a defective ball, please contact us. You must contact us within 30 days of purchase to advise of defect.

When inflating your ball, it is normal for air to escape from both ends (as air is trapped between the outside of the bladder and wall of the ball.) Once inflated, the air should no longer be expelled from the ends. The bladder that is found in most rugby balls will, however, lose air over time and need to be regularly reinflated with use, time, and exposure to the elements. If you believe your ball is defective, please visit our Returns Policy page.
