You can apply valid promo codes at checkout by entering them in the discount code field before completing your order.

Loyalty & Rewards Discounts

If you’re using a rewards or loyalty discount code:

• Rewards codes are treated as discount codes and typically cannot be combined with other promotions
• Only one discount (including rewards) can be applied per order unless otherwise specified
• Make sure your code is applied at checkout before completing your purchase

Common Reasons a Code May Not Work

If your code isn’t applying, here are the most common reasons:

• Expired Code:
  Promo codes are often time-limited and may no longer be active.
• Item Restrictions:
  Some discounts only apply to specific products, collections, or full-price items. Items already on sale may be excluded.
• Discount Code Limitations:
  Most promotions cannot be combined with other offers. If multiple codes are entered, only one will apply at checkout.
• Minimum Purchase Requirements:
  Some promotions require a minimum order value to apply.
• Incorrect Entry:
  Double-check spelling and ensure there are no extra spaces when entering the code.
