If your order was delivered to an address within the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, even if there's nothing wrong with the item.

This is separate from our standard return policy and is available only where required by law.

How long do I have?

You must submit your withdrawal request within 14 calendar days after your order is delivered.

Once your request has been submitted, you'll receive confirmation by email along with instructions for returning your item(s).

How do I request a withdrawal?

Eligible customers can submit a withdrawal request through our dedicated EU Withdrawal portal, also found in the footer of our site. 

The portal will:

• Verify that your order is eligible.
• Allow you to select the item(s) you wish to withdraw.
• Ask you to confirm your request.
• Email you confirmation and return instructions.

Do I have to return the items?

Yes.

Items must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided after your withdrawal request is submitted.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your withdrawal request is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label through our withdrawal portal. The cost of that label will be deducted from your refund. If a label cannot be generated, the fallback return shipping charge disclosed during the withdrawal process will apply.

What will I be refunded?

Once your withdrawal has been processed, you'll receive a refund for:

• The purchase price of the eligible item(s)
• The original standard shipping charge paid for the order (where required by law)
• Applicable duties and taxes paid on the eligible items

If you use a return label generated through our portal, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.

When will I receive my refund?

After your withdrawal request is submitted and your returned items are received (or proof of shipment is provided where applicable), we'll process your refund in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection requirements.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Does this apply to every order?

No.

The EU Right of Withdrawal applies only to eligible orders delivered within the EU/EEA where required by law. Certain products may be excluded under applicable consumer protection regulations.
