Do I need a receipt to make a return?

Yes. Please include the packing slip from your package.
If unavailable, you can print your invoice from your confirmation email or WRS account.

Do you refund shipping costs?

We do not refund original shipping costs unless an error was made on our part.

If you’d like to return an item, it must be processed through our return portal, which provides free return shipping. Since we cover the cost of return shipping, the original shipping fee is not refunded — otherwise, that would be like covering shipping costs twice.

What if my refund amount is incorrect?
