How Are Gift Cards Delivered?

All World Rugby Shop gift cards are digital only.

• Gift cards are delivered by email immediately after purchase
• No physical card will be mailed

If you are purchasing a gift card for someone else, you can forward the email to the recipient.

If you don’t see your gift card email:

• Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder
• Search your inbox for “World Rugby Shop”
• Allow a few minutes for delivery after purchase

Using a Gift Card

To use a gift card, enter the unique code at checkout in the discount code field.

• Gift cards can be used toward any purchase
• If your order total exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount with another payment method

Refunds & Store Credit

• If an item purchased with a gift card is returned, the refund will be issued back to the same gift card
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
