We use Loop Returns to make returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free. Follow these steps:
Go to our Returns Portal
- Enter your Order # and email to begin.
Select Your Return Option
- Choose between a refund or an exchange.
- If exchanging, select the new item and size youâd like.
Choose Your Return Method
- Print a Free Prepaid Return Label (U.S. customers) and ship your item back.
- Use a Happy Returns QR Code for a box-free, label-free drop-off at any Happy Returns location near you.
Ship or Drop Off Your Return
- If using a return label, pack your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off with the carrier (USPS or FedEx).
- If using Happy Returns, bring your item to a designated location with your QR codeâno packaging needed!
What Happens Next?
- Refunds: Typically processed within 7 days after we receive your item.
- Exchanges: Your new item ships as soon as the return is scanned in by the carrier or dropped off at a Happy Returns location.
