How to Process a Return or ExchangeUpdated 2 months ago

We use Loop Returns to make returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to our Returns Portal

    • Enter your Order # and email to begin.
  2. Select Your Return Option

    • Choose between a refund or an exchange.
    • If exchanging, select the new item and size you’d like.
  3. Choose Your Return Method

    • Print a Free Prepaid Return Label (U.S. customers) and ship your item back.
    • Use a Happy Returns QR Code for a box-free, label-free drop-off at any Happy Returns location near you.
  4. Ship or Drop Off Your Return

    • If using a return label, pack your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off with the carrier (USPS or FedEx).
    • If using Happy Returns, bring your item to a designated location with your QR code—no packaging needed!

What Happens Next?

  • Refunds: Typically processed within 7 days after we receive your item.
  • Exchanges: Your new item ships as soon as the return is scanned in by the carrier or dropped off at a Happy Returns location.
