 Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Go to the Return Portal:

   → https://world-rugby-shop.loopreturns.com/#/

2. Enter Your Information:

   Provide your order number and either your email address or ZIP code to access your return.

3. Select the Item You Want to Return

4. Choose Your Return Reason:

   • Select “I found something I like more”

   • Then choose “I’d like a different brand instead”

     (This lets you exchange for a different item, not just a different size.)

5. Click “Return Item”

6. Select “Shop Now” to Use Your Credit

   You’ll see a button that says Shop Now with $[Your Credit Amount].

   ✅ Your credit will appear at the bottom of the page once you’re in shopping mode.

7. Choose a New Item and Checkout

⚠️ Important Tips

• You MUST be signed out of any customer accounts on worldrugbyshop.com when you do this. 

• If you’re signed into a customer account, your credit won’t apply correctly.
