We’re proud to ship rugby gear around the world! Here’s what you need to know when ordering from outside the U.S.:

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

• We do not offer free shipping on international orders.

• Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, though customs processing can vary by country.

 Customs Fees & Taxes

• Duties, VAT, and import taxes are calculated at checkout and paid with your order—so there should be no surprise charges on delivery.

• In rare cases, your country’s customs agency may request additional payment; this is out of our control, but we’re happy to help if you run into issues.

International Returns

•     We do not accept international returns or exchanges due to high shipping costs, taxes, and duties.

  * Exceptions for incorrect, damaged, or potentially faulty items are reviewed individually by our support team and must be approved by World Rugby Shop before any return or replacement is authorized.

  * If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team with photos and details so the issue can be reviewed.

Restricted Items

• Some products may have shipping restrictions by country. For example, Gilbert products cannot be shipped to Canada. Any restrictions will be flagged at checkout.
