Some of the items we sell are made-to-order, meaning they’re produced specifically for you after your order is placed. These items typically take 2–3 weeks for production before they are ready to ship. Due to current demand, some orders may take closer to 3–4 weeks.

What does made-to-order mean?

• Items customized for a team, club, or country, such as embroidered logos or heat-pressed artwork.
  • For example: if you purchased a pair of shorts that include your club name in the product title—like “Birmingham Rugby Advantage Short 2.0 by Canterbury" —that’s a custom team item being produced just for your club.

    •    Items with personalization, like a player name or number added to the back of a jersey or hoodie.

    •    Most Nations of Rugby gear, including select jerseys, hoodies, and shorts.

Where is this shown?

    •    We are actively adding made-to-order labels to individual product descriptions so customers can see this info clearly before purchasing.

    •    A checkout popup used to confirm this is temporarily unavailable due to website updates. We are working on making that popup available again.

    •    If you have previously selected “Agree” on this popup, you might not see it again when placing a new order for a made-to-order item.

    •    This is why all made-to-order items are being clearly listed in the product description.

Why does it take 2–3 weeks?

Made-to-order items go through several steps:

    •    Product creation or sourcing

    •    Customization or personalization

    •    Final quality control checks

This ensures you’re receiving a fresh, high-quality item that meets your specifications.

When will my order ship?

As soon as production is complete, your order will ship using the method selected at checkout. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as it’s on the way.

❗️If your order includes both made-to-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once production is complete. We do not split shipments.
