What is SavedBy Package Protection?

SavedBy is an optional package protection service that covers your order against loss, theft, and damage during shipping.

If an issue occurs, SavedBy allows you to file a claim and receive a replacement or refund quickly.


Important: Orders Without Package Protection

If SavedBy Package Protection is not selected at checkout, orders are not eligible for replacement or refund in cases of loss, theft, or delivery issues once marked as delivered.


How Do I Know If I Purchased Package Protection?

You will see a Savedby Package Protection product on your order confirmation email. You will also receive a separate confirmation email from SavedBy after placing your order. 

Th email includes your coverage details and a direct link to file a claim if needed.


How to File a Claim with SavedBy

If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged:

  1. Open your SavedBy confirmation email 
  2. Click the File a Claim link in your email (you can also access it at this link:  https://savedby.io/file-a-claim)
  3. Enter your order details and follow the prompts
  4. SavedBy will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund directly

What Does SavedBy Cover?

  • Lost Packages: Tracking shows delivered, but you did not receive the package
  • Stolen Packages: Package was taken after delivery
  • Damaged Orders: Items arrive damaged during transit
  • Returned to Sender: Packages that cannot be delivered and are returned to our warehouse

How Long Do I Have to File a Claim?

Claims must typically be filed within 30 days of the delivery date. Please refer to SavedBy’s policy page for the most up-to-date timeframes.


Can I Opt Out of Package Protection?

Yes. Package protection is optional and can be removed at checkout before completing your order by unchecking the box for package protection.


When Should I Add Package Protection?

We recommend adding SavedBy Package Protection at checkout, especially for higher-value orders or deliveries where packages may be left unattended.
