At we do our utmost to get your packages to you in a timely manner. Although rare, shipments do occasionally go ‘missing’, if your package has not arrived as planned, here are some tips on what you can do:


You have purchased an item at and the shipment has not arrived, there are the steps you can take to try and track it down:

  • Check tracking information - if tracking indicates the package has been delivered, but you have not received it, here are some tips on what to do.

  • Check security camera footage, if applicable.

  • Make a claim with the shipment carrier

  • Contact police, if necessary.
