We offer several shipping options at checkout, but please note: delivery times are estimates only—not guarantees. Delays can and do happen. 

Shipping Options as Displayed at Checkout:

• FedEx Ground: 1–5 business days

• USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (travels and delivers Monday–Friday)

  • ⚠️ Not recommended unless shipping to a PO Box, Alaska, or Hawaii

  • USPS is often slower than estimated, and delays are not reimbursable

• FedEx 2Day®: 2 business days (travels and delivers Monday–Friday only)

• FedEx Standard Overnight®: 1 business day (travels and delivers Monday–Friday only)

Important Notes:

• USPS shipping is not guaranteed. The 1–3 day estimate shown at checkout is auto-filled from USPS, but delivery often takes over a week and scan updates will be inconsistent. We do not reimburse for USPS delays. We recommend choosing USPS only if:

  • You are shipping to a PO box

  • You are located in Alaska or Hawaii

  • You are not in a rush to receive your order

• FedEx 2Day® and FedEx Standard Overnight® are the most reliable options for time-sensitive orders. That said, please keep in mind:

  • FedEx 2Day® and Standard Overnight® do not run on weekends

  • An order placed on Friday with FedEx Overnight will arrive Monday, not Saturday

  • Orders placed after 5 PM CT will ship the next business day, and we are closed on weekends. 

• Customized or personalized items require additional production time before they ship. These items are not eligible for overnight or expedited delivery windows until after production is complete.
