If your credit card declined, don't worry! Try troubleshooting the issue with these tips:

First, verify your information (credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and phone number) are all correctly entered. Please note that that your billing address must match the address attached to the card's account. 

Other tips:

  • Confirm your spending limit has not been exceeded.  Debit cards can often have spending ceilings if you are placing a large order.

  • After contacting your bank, retry your order
