Unfortunately, if the package is returned to us due to refusal of delivery, there may be shipping charges.

If you are outside the U.S. and have refused the delivery of your package or not contacted the courier after an attempted delivery, you are liable for the return charges.  This amount varies depending on the size and destination of the package.
