Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly, and many items move into fulfillment or production shortly after they are placed. Because of this, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed and depend on the status of the order.


Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

If your order has not yet been processed or fulfilled, we may be able to make changes or cancel it.

However, once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.


Why Can’t Orders Always Be Canceled?

Orders are processed in real time and may include items that:

  • Are already being picked or packed
  • Are in different stages of fulfillment
  • May be sourced or prepared separately

Because of this, we are not able to offer a self-service cancellation option, and all requests must be reviewed by our team.


What Should I Do If I Need to Make a Change?

Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and request.

We will review the status of your order and let you know what options are available.


If Your Order Cannot Be Canceled

If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Once delivered, you may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
