We offer FREE returns for all U.S. orders within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are unwashed, unworn, and unused.
Note on Rugby Boots: Boots must be returned in unworn condition with original packaging. For more details, check out our Rugby Boot Returns FAQ.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final Sale & Closeout Items
- Mystery Bags
- Face Masks
- Gift Certificates
- Oversized Equipment (e.g., Goal Posts, Post Pads, Scrum Machines)
- Personalized Items (with a name, number, icon, or badge)
- Signed Memorabilia
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
If your item is faulty, you may return or exchange it at no cost.
International Orders:
Unless we are at fault, we do not accept international returns due to high shipping costs, taxes, and duties.
