We offer FREE return shipping for all U.S. orders within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are unwashed, unworn, and unused. Use our Return Portal to start your return and get a prepaid return label or QR code.

Please note:

• “Free returns” means we cover the cost to return items to us.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when a shipping error occurred on our end and is confirmed by our team on a case by case basis.
• All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt before a refund or exchange is finalized. Items received in a condition that does not meet our return requirements may be returned to the customer without a refund.

Note on Rugby Boots: Rugby boots must be returned in unworn condition with the original packaging. Return approval is based on the information provided during the return request and is subject to final inspection upon receipt. Boots that differ from the condition represented during the return request—including signs of outdoor use, excessive wear, damage, missing packaging, or other discrepancies discovered during inspection—may be deemed ineligible for return and will be returned to the customer. Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Final Sale & Closeout Items

• Mystery Bags

• Face Masks

• Gift Certificates

• Oversized and field equipment (including goal posts, post pads, scrum machines, tackle equipment, and similar products)

• Personalized Items (with a name, number, icon, or badge)

• Signed Memorabilia

• Items that have been worn, washed, or used

If your item is faulty, you may be eligible for a return or exchange at no cost. Each case is reviewed individually by our team.

International Orders:

We generally do not accept international returns or exchanges due to shipping costs, taxes, and duties. However, customers located in the European Union may have additional statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Right of Withdrawal where applicable.
