Can I return rugby boots if they don't fit?
Yes, as long as the boots are unworn, unwashed, and unused, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery through our return portal.

What condition do the boots need to be in?
To be eligible for return, boots must:

  • Be tried on indoors only on a clean surface

  • Show no signs of wear, dirt, or stud marks

  • Be in their original box with tags and packaging intact

Once boots have been worn outside or show visible signs of use, they can no longer be returned or exchanged. We strongly recommend trying them on inside first to ensure the right fit.

What if my boots are faulty?
If your boots arrive damaged or have a manufacturer defect, contact us at [email protected] with photos and a description of the issue. Faulty items can be returned or exchanged at no cost to you.

What if I’m outside the U.S.?
We do not accept international returns unless the item is faulty. If you’re outside the U.S. and experience an issue with your boots, please email us and we’ll do our best to assist.
