Rugby Boot Returns FAQUpdated 12 days ago
Can I return rugby boots if they don't fit?
Yes, as long as the boots are unworn, unwashed, and unused, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery through our return portal.
All boot return requests are reviewed before approval. Final eligibility is determined after inspection at our warehouse. Required photos must be submitted in the portal, including:
- The uppers (top of the boots)
- The soles/studs (bottom of the boots)
- The original box
- For soft ground (SG) boots, the stud wrench must be included in the photo
Approval is based on the photos and information provided during the return request. If the boots received differ from the condition represented—including damage, wear, outdoor use, missing packaging or accessories, or other issues not visible in the submitted photos—the return may be denied and the boots returned to you. Return requests cannot be reviewed until all required photos have been submitted. Missing or incomplete photos will delay the review process. You will be contacted via email for the remaining photos, and the review will not be actioned until the requested photos are provided.
Why do you require photos before approving a boot return?
Rugby boots can no longer be sold as new once they've been worn outdoors. Required photos help us verify that the boots remain in returnable condition before authorizing a return. Final eligibility is confirmed after inspection when the boots arrive at our warehouse.
What condition do the boots need to be in?
To be eligible for return, boots must:
Be tried on indoors only on a clean surface
Shows absolutely no signs of wear, dirt, or stud marks
Be in their original box with tags and packaging intact
Soft ground (SG) boots must also be returned with the original stud wrench and any included accessories.
Boots must be tried on indoors, on a clean surface, before any outdoor use. Once worn outside—even briefly—they are not eligible for return or exchange. Do not take boots to training unless you are fully confident in the fit. Trying boots on outdoors, on artificial turf, grass, gravel, concrete, or any playing surface makes them ineligible for return.
