Shipping Policies & Responsibilities
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been updated, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the shipping carrier.
World Rugby Shop is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered once they are in transit or after delivery has been completed.
If Your Package Has Not Arrived
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please take the following steps:
- Check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, garage, side door, etc.)
- Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted the package
- Review any available security camera footage
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim
- Contact local authorities if you believe the package was stolen
Package Protection (SavedBy)
We offer SavedBy Package Protection at checkout to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during shipping.
- Orders with SavedBy protection are eligible for replacement or refund if an issue occurs during delivery
- Claims are handled directly through SavedBy for a fast resolution

Orders without package protection are not eligible for replacement or refund in cases of loss, theft, or delivery issues once marked as delivered.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
World Rugby Shop is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.
Important: Express Checkout (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, etc.)
If you use an express checkout option such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, your shipping address may be automatically filled based on the information saved to that payment method.
This information is managed by the payment provider and may override any address entered on our website.
- World Rugby Shop cannot edit addresses saved in Shop Pay or other express checkout systems
- The shipping address used at checkout is the address submitted with your order and cannot be changed unless it is swiftly caught after the order is placed
To update your shipping address for future orders, you must update it directly in your payment provider:
- For Shop Pay, update your address in the Shop app or Shop Pay account settings
- For Apple Pay or other wallets, update your address within your device or payment settings
